If you missed out on Business Horizons, you are not alone. We had three companies that could not make it due to the inclement weather in the eastern part of the state. Smithfield, Virginia Asset Management and Dollar Tree Stores would still like to see a copy of your resume. If you are interested in these companies, bring a hard copy of your resume to Pamplin 1046 by Tuesday, February 18 at 5pm and we will send to the employers. We will not accept electronic copies.
We are extending this deadline to you because no one had brought a resume to our office by Wednesday before the storm. Please take advantage of this opportunity. If we do not have any student interest, then these firms will not return. I know not everyone has a job or internship.
Those still looking for an internship or full-time job, there are two job fairs this week and nearly 100 companies wanting Pamplin students. Many of these companies did NOT attend Business Horizons. Read below.

On February 18 from 10-4pm in Squires, the Smith Career Center will be hosting the university-wide Connections Fair for students seeking internships and full-time jobs.
