Greetings!

Introducing outside sipping and socializing at the Village Roaster! A couple of weeks ago the weather cooperated and our contractor was able to install our new deck. It is the perfect place for drinking coffee, chatting with friends and just enjoying our beautiful Colorado weather.

This month we are featuring our Italian Seasoning spice, with a recipe for a delicious dipping sauce:

1 Tbsp. minced garlic

1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning, coarse

Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Put all on plate and cut bread into cubes for delicious dipping!
