October News
October 2015
Greetings!

Did you know that the Village Roaster is good for your garden & for our community? Use our burlap coffee bean sacks as a "green" alternative to plastic when you're cleaning up your yard and use our coffee grounds to amend the soil in your garden! When you pickup either the sacks or the grounds, we ask that you make a donation and we'll give all proceeds to the local Boys & Girls Club of Lakewood. Thanks!
Cider Days
cider
Celebrating Lakewood's agricultural heritage with an entertaining mix of live performances, activities and tasty harvest treats, Cider Days offers fun and excitement for the entire family! This year's event will again include tractor pulls and vintage power displays, wagon and barrel train rides along with other children's activities, historic demonstrations as well as a unique variety of exhibitors and vendors.
A Cider Days festival wouldn't be complete without everything apple - including apple pressing, apple cider by the glass or gallon, an apple bake-off and more.

Lakewood Heritage Center, Saturday 10/3 & Sunday 10/4
We'll be there with Caramel Apple Lattes and Carmel Apples!
