Congratulations! The first Lakewood Farmers' Market was a sellout! Hundreds of early shoppers slipped into the inaugural market at 9am; by the 10am opening time, the crowds were thick and so was the fun! By 2pm, most everything was gone!
Held every Saturday through September, 10am-2pm.
Also, don't miss a great experience at Everitt Farms across the street:
They have food, food and more food! Fennel, turnips, daikon radishes, watermelon radishes, green kale, dino kale, scallions, easter egg radishes, head lettuce
(cut fresh), bok choy, broccoli, red kale, salad turnips and more.
Open Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday 11am to 3pm, 9400 W. Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226.
National Night Out: First Tuesday of August.
National Night Out (NNO) is an annual community event designed to build a healthier, safer city; to generate support for anti-crime programs; and to strengthen the police/community relationship.
