Found inside the Junior League's Colorado Classique cookbook is our delicious recipe for a Midnight Sun Cooler, perfect for hot summer nights!
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Guittard Dutch cocoa
4 ice cubes
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Chill freshly made coffee.
Rapidly froth all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
