Raise a cup of TEA to health!
 Rooibos...have you heard about it? It's from southern Africa and has been a drink there for generations. Rooibos is an herb that brews red in color. It is made from the needle-like leaves of the Rooibos (pronounced roy-boss) bush and is naturally caffeine-free. Health benefits include: curing nagging headaches, insomnia, asthma, eczema, and easing stomach cramps. Rooibos is popular due to it's great taste that is low in tanin and color.
