This presentation will cover key techniques to help your comfort, confidence and conversation skills.

Arden Clise is a business etiquette consultant, trainer, speaker and columnist. An expert in the field of business etiquette, Arden's business etiquette column is a regular feature in the Puget Sound Business Journal. She has been quoted in several national and international publications, and has been a featured guest on TV and radio shows, including a regular weekly etiquette segment on radio station KSER 90.7.
