RDC CLASSES - AUGUST SESSION

RDC's August Session runs for 4 weeks (August 1st to August 27th) 

Confirmation of August Classes have been emailed to all accounts.  Please check your email confirmation to make sure you know which studio your classes are in.  Studios A, B, C & D are in the Main Building (2287 Honolulu) and Studios E, F, G, & H are in the East Building (2233 Honolulu).
If you don't have your confirmation in your email Inbox, check your Spam. 

August Tuition has been billed and is due.  Late fees will apply on tuition and other amounts left unpaid on August 16th.  Autodebit is available for the August session but you must complete a YELLOW autodebit form AT THE STUDIO - Autodebit is not available online.

RDC Summer Class Policies - Reminders

In addition to RDC's regular policies, the following policies apply to the two summer sessions (July & August).

RDC is offering TWO Summer Sessions - July and August.  Each session is 4 weeks long.  Dance class registration does not roll over from one session to another.  If you want to take class in July and August, you must enroll in both sessions.
 
Non-refundable deposit is required to hold space in intensive or class. Class deposit is 25% of class amount.  Week camp deposit is $50.  Intensive deposit is $75.  
 
Make ups are only available during the July Session for July Session dance classes.  Make ups are only available during the August Session for August Session dance classes. - No Make Ups on camps or intensives.
 
Autodebit/discounted tuition is available but requires a separate yellow form from School Year autodebit form.  You must specifically authorize everything you want to autodebit. All credit card information will be deleted after the end of each session authorized.
 
Tuition is due on 1st day of session - Monday, August 1st for the August Session and late fees apply after August 15th for the August Session.  
 
August classes must be cancelled before August 1st or you will be responsible for the full session's tuition.  Camps and Intensives must be cancelled before the first day of the camp or intensive or you will be responsible for the full camp or intensive tuition.
 
NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR CARRY OVERS FROM ONE SESSION TO ANOTHER.
 
All other RDC Policies apply during our July and August sessions.
 
RDC INTRODUCES ABT NATIONAL TRAINING CURRICULUM 

RDC is always trying to enhance our programs for the benefit of our students.  We are very excited to announce that Ms. Kelly Alvarez, RDC's co-Ballet Director, has become an ABT® Certified Teacher.  She just successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 5 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.  
 
As a result, Revolution Dance Center is proud to include the AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE® National Training Curriculum, a breakthrough 9 level program that combines high quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child development, as an integral part of RDC's technical curriculum.  The ABT® National Training Curriculum consists of a comprehensive set of age-appropriate, outcome-based guidelines to provide the highest quality ballet training to dance students of all ages and skill levels.  Incorporating the ABT® National Training Curriculum will provide our dancers with the very best in ballet education for the recreational to intensive student.  Ms. Kelly will be training our ballet staff, and providing on-going supervision and continuing training to ensure that the ABT® National Training Curriculum is implemented correctly.
 
RDC will be rolling out our new ballet program in School Year 2016/2017 so a few things will be changing on our schedule and our existing program.  First, the names of RDC's ballet classes will be updated to follow the ABT® National Training Curriculum.  Second, RDC's ballet dress code will be modified to allow RDC's students to execute the curriculum in the best possible way.  Please review the below chart to see the exciting changes coming to RDC's ballet program.
