Happy Halloween!

PLEASE refrain from parking in the Fitness Excellence parking lot across the street!

As we now have oodles of parking in our own parking lot I need to remind everyone that the gravel parking lot across the street belongs to Fitness Excellence customers.

Also, if you have parked there for some reason and someone asks you to move please DON'T YELL at them as our neighbours have been extremely respectful of the volume of traffic in the neighbourhood.

Finally, if you are parking in our parking lot and you are backing in please ensure before you leave your vehicle in ONE spot only.
