COURTS CORNER

AMENDED: Administrative Order - Civil Motions Court   Hon. Richard D. Boner issued an Administrative Order regarding the length and quantity of briefs and other documents that may be submitted to the judges holding the Civil Motions Court. Update: Attorneys practicing in Courtroom 6310 (Civil Motions) must file affidavits supporting or opposing a motion with the courtroom clerk in Courtroom 6310, not in the Civil office of the Clerk of Superior Court on the third floor of the Courthouse. The time limits for filing the affidavits continue to be governed by the NC Rules of Civil Procedure, but in no event are the affidavits to be filed later than two days before the scheduled hearing. Click on the link above to download the Administrative Order.
