This email is going out to 17u players/parents.  

Because of the combination of snow days and potential impact of state playoffs, we have decided to NOT do the Memphis Tournament on May 30-June 1 as a bus trip for the 17u players.

There is too much uncertainty about when people can leave town, etc.. 

So, we are going to treat that as a normal out of town tournament.  Players/Parents will be on their own for rides.  We have block of rooms for the 17u parents/players at the following hotel:

Rate is $104 + tax including breakfast. 

Please call for your room by May 18th.

The 16u teams are still going down on a bus to Memphis, leaving Friday morning.  There will be spots open on that bus.  We are trying to get the both 17u teams scheduled to play at 8pm on Friday.

 

An email on the payment system for team rooms will be sent out tomorrow.  

 

Sorry for the last minute change, but we were going to end with practically an empty bus for the 17u team.  

 

If you have already paid for this trip by check, we have not deposited your check.  We will return it to you by mail.  If you paid by PayPal, we will refund to your credit card for this trip.
