Hi, For players/parents that are new to the program,  the bus trips fees cover the cost of the bus, hotel and breakfast at the hotel.  In addition to to that, about $30-40 per day should cover food.  Most players bring all their snacks with them for the hotel -- bars, fruit, etc... The cost of bus charters has continued to go up.  In general, bus trips are still lower cost than individual families driving to the tournament and spending the night in individual rooms at the tournament hotels. The biggest impact is to save Thurs/Fri vacation days from work and to provide a relief to parents from the need to travel almost every weekend of the summer.
