Hi, This is an important email -- it relates to team communication in the event of schedule changes, rainouts, etc... First, each team as a twitter account - listed at the bottom of this email.  Coaches will post messages to each team's Twitter account.  Please check these before leaving for a game or practice.  You can just go to the website address without a Twitter account, or if you have Twitter account you can Follow the team to automatically get updated. I recommend that you download the Twitter App for your smartphone and set up notifications for your team's Twitter account.  With notifications turned on, you will be automatically notified when a new message is posted to the team's Twitter account. Second, our scorekeeping app Gamechanger is now offering a team messaging service that will send text messages to your phone automatically.  The process to do this is described below.  It is a little complicated, but it works -- plus it allows you to follow the games if you are not there. The Gamechanger alert system requires each person that wants to be notified to have a separate Gamechanger acccount. So, each person that wants to receive a text message needs to do the following: Sign up for a Gamechanger account, click here. You are then set up to receive text messages on team announcements.
