Please call the hotels in GREEN and provide your credit card number to hold a room against our block.  For Lenz Field, plan to arrive on Friday night for now.  For Southaven, plan on Friday night.  For Lexington, plan on Thursday night -- we will play on Thursday.
 
It is best policy to take care of these reservations right now, while you are thinking about it (instead of putting it off).  If plans change, you can always cancel individual rooms or change arrival/departure dates.
 
Also, please note that, with the exception of Southaven and Lenz Field, all the tournaments require that the teams stay at a certain list of hotels at a certain nightly rate.  We have zero flexibility on this.
 
On the bus trips, if you plan on going to some of the tournament, please stay at a different hotel than the team.
 
On the Perfect Game events in Des Moine, Indy and Atlanta, we need to make the individual room hotel reservations through a rooming list system that Perfect Game uses.  This will require that you give us a credit card number and add it to a form for the hotel.  Info on that will be coming out in a few weeks.
