Hi,

Over the next couple of weeks, there is a lot of planning for the season that is required. This is the first round.

We need you to provide us with 2 things at this point:

1. Which weekends you are selecting as "flex weekends"

For 14u players, we play 16 straight weekends. Each player is required to take 3 weekends off during the season to balance our roster and your lives. Please provide a ranked choice of 5 weekends that you want off.

2. What weekends (if any), your son will be traveling alone and will need to stay in a "team room" at the team hotel.

This is very common at the high school ages, because parents cannot travel every weekend. A "team room" is 2-4 players that ride down with coaches or other families and stay in a room next door to the coaches room. They are well supervised. The cost is $50 per night for a team room.

The dates listed in blue are bus trips -- one to Nashville and one to Indianapolis. More information will be coming out on bus trips soon. We are finalizing the costs with the bus companies.

The dates listed in red are out of town tournaments. A list of team hotels will be coming out soon along with directions on how to book your specific reservation against the team block that has already been set up.
