14 Blue + 15-17u Gamers & Parents,

This email provides information on the bus trip to Nashville next weekend.

Your coach will be sending out a more detailed schedule email for each team.

The buses will leave at 4pm on Thursday 5/30.  It will depart from the parking lot at All-Star Performance.   Please arrive no later that 3:45 so we can get organized to leave.  The bus will not wait for you if you are late.

Buses will return at different times on Sunday evening, depending on the results and schedule.  Your son will keep you updated on when the bus is expected to arrive back in St. Louis.

Please remember that Gamers Spring Training starts at 8:30am on Monday morning.

We will have three different buses, one for each age group.  All three buses will depart at 4pm from the same location.  The 14 Blue team will ride on the 17u bus.

Illinois players will be picked up along the way at the rest area on I-64 East at mile marker 25.  This is just east of Hwy 4 and Midamerica Airport.  The buses will probably arrive at that location at 4:30 pm.

The players need to bring ALL uniform items and baseball items with them.  In addition, they need to bring clothes to wear around the hotel.  Shorts and t-shirts is the norm.

Breakfast will be provided at the hotel (free).  Players should bring enough money with them to pay for:

Lunch (subway, etc...)

Dinner (lots of TGIF, Outback, etc.. kind of restaurants within walking distance)

Snacks, drinks, etc.. during the day and at night at the hotel.

$40-50 per day is enough money.

We recommend that bring all their gatorade, protein bars, snacks, etc.. with them.  They should bring a LARGE water cooler to fill up at the hotel before leaving to the game.

Vanderbilt is hosting a NCAA Regional next weekend, so the players may want to bring extra money for a ticket, etc.. to attend that game.  Or, they m
