The second round of fitness testing dates have been finalized, as follows:

16u - Sunday Feb. 10th, 7:15am-10am

17u - Sunday Feb. 17th, 7:15am-10am
 
15u - Sunday Feb. 24th, 7:15am-10am 
 
14u - Sunday March 10th, 7:15am-10am 

Same testing protocol:
- Warm up
- Throwing Velocity
- Bat Speed
- 40 yard dash
- Pro agility drill
- Med ball toss
- Bench Press
- Squat

Our expectations (based on prior years' results) are to see the following improvements:

Throwing Velocity  +3-5mph
Bat Speed  +3-5 mph
40 yard dash  -0.1
Pro agility drill  -0.1
Med ball toss +3 feet
Bench  +20lbs
Squat +40lbs
