This is a reminder about the REQUIRED program fitness testing for 14-17u Gamers.

 

Age group testing will be done at the following dates/times at ASP.

 

Sunday November 11th

 

16u - 8:30-11:30am

17u - 10-1pm

 

Saturday November 17th

 

14u - 8:30-11:30am

15u - 10-1pm

 

If you cannot make your time slot or date, you can attend with one of the other age groups.  Please notify me if you are not going to be with your age group.

 

Wear Gamers shorts and blue workout shirts to the testing.
