Come On Down, Clean It Up
This weekend is full of opportunity to get out and enjoy Bayside! Starting on Saturday, residents can head over to Village Hall for the final Clean Up Day event of 2012! Like past events, several vendors, including:
- Goodwill
- Habitat for Humanity
- ShredX paper shredding (9am to 11 am)
- Electronics Recyclering
- Latex Paint Disposal
- Recycling, (Recyclables 1-7, printer cartridges, light bulbs, batteries,
- Garbage,
- Used oil disposal
- Yard waste and loose leaf disposal
- and more
All will be on hand to help collect and reuse or properly dispose of items.
Frighteningly Fun
The fun doesn't stop with Clean Up Days. Move over to Ellsworth Park on Sunday after trick-or-treating (2:30 pm - 5:30 pm) and enjoy our annual Fright Night festivities.
Fright Night runs from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm, and takes place inside a heated tent! Weather permitting, our annual bonfire will keep you warm if you dare venture outside the tent. Festivities will include: costume contest, goodie bags for the kids, hot dogs, and warm beverages!

The November Presidential Election is quickly approaching! Make sure you cast your ballot, whether you'll be in town that day or not.
You can stop into Village Hall during regular business hours and vote in person from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm all this week. Village Hall will also be open extended hours, 8 am to 6 pm, October 29 through November 1. In-person absentee voting will continue until Friday, November 2, 2012 until 5:00pm.
