I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years. I know December is pretty hectic for everyone but I especially enjoy spending the extra time with my family.

As you know, this is my last message to you as Worshipful Master. I want to thank you all for your support. Our SW -Elect John Miles has done a fantastic job in the kitchen preparing those delicious meals all year and our WM - Elect Michael Diaz was there when I needed him. 

I had a great time in the East and accomplished many things. There are still many things on my "list" that need to be done and our new line of officers are on track to help get them done. The lodge, your lodge, is an ongoing project. There is always something to be done. We have a great bunch of new master masons that are stepping and giving what time and energy they can.

I am excited to have been elected Secretary and will be honored to continue to serve my brothers and the lodge in any way I can. R:.W:. Burt will be a tough act to follow but with some guidance, support and your patience it can be done.

Our installation of officers is this Saturday at 7pm. We are doing things a little different this year by having a dinner BEFORE the installation at 6pm with desserts afterwards. Please join us and show your new Worshipful Master and his officers your support.

On the 6th the Rainbow Assembly and the pledge group will be having their installation of officers at 2pm. Please make an effort to attend this and show our girls that we support them.

On the 23rd of this month we will be initiating 5 candidates to the Degree of Entered Apprentice. Join us at 7:30pm and show your support.

If you have not been to lodge in a while why not join us? There are many any changes at the lodge I would like to show you,  and, more importantly, new brothers that would enjoy your fellowship. Freemasonry is a great fraternity. Join us for dinner one Wednesday and remind yourself why you joined!

Junior Warden

We had a great Stated Communication on December 19th.  It was well attended by Masons, their families and the public as we had an open meeting for part of the evening.  It was nice to see so many people in Pegram Hall and in the Lodge room.

 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of my as Junior Warden this past year as well as the confidence you have placed in me to elect me to the West for 2013.  I look forward to working with our Worshipful Master-elect and Junior Warden-elect this year.  We are planning an exciting year, building on the successes we had this past year under W:. Trey.  We need you to be a part of it.  Come on down to the lodge for fun and fellowship and see what is happening at YOUR lodge!
