Brothers,
As I write this Trestleboard, we had a "Work Call" today at the Lodge and only 7 Brothers showed up. We got a few things done but not all. We need to help and support OUR Lodge and keep it going. There are some things we can do on our own without hiring it out and costing the Lodge money. Your Lodge needs YOU!
June will be a busy month starting with the conclusion of Grand Lodge on the 1st of June. We will have a Stated meeting on the 1st of June as we will be done with Grand Lodge on that day. Masters & Warden's will be at Winter Garden on the 4th and the two schools of Instruction on the 8th and 22nd.
We will have our second Bar-B-Q of the year on the 11th of June which is also the "Flag Retirement" at Scottish Rite Ceremony. June 10th is the prep day for the Bar-B-Q as we will be picking up the Pork & Chicken along with other materials for the Bar-B-Q. If anyone is free that day we would appreciate you helping out.
Grand Assembly will be from the 24th-28th of June for the Rainbow Girls. On the 25th there will be St. Johns' Day at Winter Park Lodge at 8:00AM for the welcoming of the new Junior Grand Warden.
Later that day is the Grand Master's dinner at the Shrine, registration is at 5:00 PM, Dinner at 6:00 PM and the meeting at 7:30 PM. This Dinner is free to all members of Pine Castle Lodge. The Lodge pays whether you go or not so please attend if you can. You can bring your wife & kids or whomever. Dress is suit for the Brothers and whatever the women choose to wear.
We may squeeze a Fellow Craft degree in there somewhere.
