MINNESOTA (SF 2356)
Senate Bill 2356 proposes that a onetime appropriation of $5.5 million be made to the Minnesota Film and TV Fund for the 2017 fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). This is in addition to the $1.5 million already appropriated for the 2017 fiscal year.
NEW YORK (A 9819)
Assembly Bill 9819 proposes to amend the empire state film production tax credit program by excluding any production that depicts or refers to any tobacco product or non-pharmaceutical nicotine delivery device or its use, associated paraphernalia or related trademarks or promotional material.
