Introducing: Shirt Maker's Choice
As you may know, I am very particular about fusible interfacings. So many of the retail stores carry synthetic interfacings that are not woven and although they are OK, it's just not the same as a natural fibers.that are woven. When making a shirt, I really like using all natural fibers such as cotton or silk and just can't bring myself to use synthetic interfacings.
A few months ago an industry interfacing distributor offered me some samples of their products. We tried one for collars and cuffs in several shirt samples and instantly fell in LOVE! There is nothing else like it on the home sewing market, so I bought a bolt but it wasn't 25 yards or even 50 yards. The bolts from the industry are 250 yards. Yikes!
Knowing that you all have the same problems I do finding high quality interfacing, specifically those for collars, cuffs and waistbands, I thought you might like a few yards too. Shirt Maker's Choice is 100% woven cotton, 45" wide and retails for $8.99 per yard. As an introductory offer Shirt Maker's Choice is on sale now thru May 31st at 6.99 per yard. It is sold in full yard cuts only. You can order as much as you like but it needs to be in whole yards, no 1/2 yards, etc. I know you are going to LOVE it as much as I do.
