Welcome to a special 2014 Commencement Edition of GUMC Update, the electronic newsletter for the Georgetown University Medical Center community. This past weekend, GUMC marked a milestone for nearly 1,000 students from the School of Medicine, Nursing & Health Studies and Biomedical Graduate Education, with an array of ceremonies and receptions honoring the achievements of these students and their teachers.
