Nuggets Basketball Camp for Our Clients Impacted by Recent Floods
| |
We were thrilled to partner with Kroenke Sports Charities and the Nuggets to help bring an afternoon of fun to local kids that have been impacted by the Colorado floods. Nuggets players Nate Robinson, Wilson Chandler, Kenneth Faried, Quincy Miller and Darrell Arthur joined some of our clients to help with a basketball skills clinic that was free to kids that were victims of the recent floods. The kids that participated had a blast, and we are so thankful for our partners at Kroenke Sports Charities and the Nuggets for being a part of the event.

Our Flood Relief Efforts Continue
| | A Precious Child continues to serve local individuals and families that were impacted by the September floods. With the support and partnership of our community, we have provided basic essentials to more than 2,000 individuals since late September, and have distributed more than 11,600 pounds of essentials (clothing, bedding, shoes, coats, etc.) to those in need. We continue our flood relief efforts at our temporary Resource Center in Boulder and continue to need winter wear items (of all sizes), including: coats, boots, mittens, and hats. Additionally, we are serving on the Long-Term Flood Recovery Group to plan for long-term needs for flood victims throughout the upcoming year. |
|
Thank you again to all supporters of A Precious Child. We greatly appreciate your support! Together we can do more for children in need in Colorado.
Sincerely,
A Precious Child Staff |
