A Precious Child has moved!
First, we must thank all of you including the Broomfield Police Department who helped A Precious Child with this monumentous move. We could not have done this without your help!
As many of you know, we began operating in 2008 out of the generously donated basement space of Summit Chiropractic and Apex Physical Therapy. Today, we are working from a large 4,320 sq. ft. warehouse in the Burbank Business Center.
Who knew that A Precious Child would grow so quickly!
Thanks to your support, our programs are operating very effectively and we are meeting a real need in the community. Our larger space will allow us to serve children and families in need evermore efficiently.
We have a receiving area for donations. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am to 3pm and Friday 9am-1pm. You are welcome to stop by with donations anytime during these hours. We are very excited about our new facility and can't wait for you to see our new Central Clothing Bank.
We are in the process of organizing an open house. Details will be made available soon.
Our new office is located at:
557 Burbank St. Unit E
Broomfield, CO 80020

Central Clothing Bank
A Precious Child's new Central Clothing Bank can accomodate a substantial amount of coats, clothing, shoes, toys and basic essentials. It also has a receiving area where we can easily accept donations. Most importantly, our clothing bank effectively serves those in need.
A Precious Child welcomed our first family to visit and obtain much needed clothing from our new Central Clothing Bank.

Volunteer of the Month
Not long ago, A Precious Child was introduced to Bo. Bo had recently moved into his very first apartment following his 18th birthday when he officially "aged out" of the Foster Care System. Unfortunately, he did not have anything for his new apartment. Health and Human Services referred him to A Precious Child and we were able to collect donated furniture, pots and pans, and other essentials for his new place. Bo was thankful and told us that we "gave him everything he needs to live."
Bo entered the Foster Care System when he was only 4 years old and has since lived in 28 different foster homes, as well as several group homes. Bo's story is not an easy one to hear and we feel blessed that we had an opportunity to help him.
We were pleasantly surprised when Bo expressed that he would like to volunteer for A Precious Child. He worked so hard helping to paint our new Central Clothing Bank! It is our privilege to work with Bo. He brings enthusiasm, a great work ethic and a lot of laughter to A Precious Child. Bo has become part of A Precious Child's family and we could not be more grateful to have him around. Thanks Bo!
