Saturday, August 10, 5 p.m.

Ken Cook, founder of the Environmental Working Group, will join farmer Peter Martinelli for this celebration of West Marin's bounty.
Chef Sarah Hodge of Cowgirl Creamery will prepare a menu that highlights summer's finest ha rvest, including hand-crafted dished such as boudin blanc sausages marbled with wild nettles, grilled quail atop a ragout of romano beans and haricot vert, and a collection of Peter's baby greens bejeweled with shaved summer squash, roasted hazelnuts and pickled blackberries in a light tomato reduction.
