Ranches & Rolling Hills Landscape Art Show and Sale
Saturday, May 18 & Sunday, May 19 at Druids Hall in Nicasio

"A landscape painting is not just a painting to me; it is a celebration of beauty, a prayer of gratitude for open spaces and the path to intimacy with nature.  I see the role of the painter not as a dreamer, but as a defender of the land.  Just as the farmer provides sustenance for the body, the landscape painter gathers food for the soul."

- Arturo Tello, Ranches & Rolling Hills painter

Join MALT for a weekend-long celebration of the West Marin landscape with California artists who have painted on MALT-protected ranches for the 16th Annual Ranches & Rolling Hills Landscape Art Show and Sale.

Thank You MALT Volunteers!
Special Thanks to Volunteer Christine Malone

April is Volunteer Appreciation month and we want to thank all of our MALT volunteers who help us with our events, work in the office, and serve as MALT ambassadors in the community.  Today we want to give a special thanks to MALT volunteer Christine Malone.  Christine salvaged old barn wood and her brother, Michael, and Tad Longmaid of Linden Street Designs designed and built a series of beautiful portable chalkboard-and-barnwood walls for MALT which will be unveiled at a MALT event soon.
