"Successful communication equals shared meaning with other human beings," said March guest speaker Randy Rowland, Ph.D., stadium announcer for the Seattle Seahawks. Randy spoke to a full house, sharing tips on how to be a better leader through listening. The bottom line? "Think about the other guy and enter into their world. It's not all about your world." After spending his childhood at Treasure Island, he did take a moment to lament the disappearance of Crazy Eric's. Randy sends his appreciation to all who attended.
