From the Chair, Bill Wreaks:

"Today, as The Swain School enters its 87th year, I see tremendous opportunity ahead for the school. The arrival of our new Head of School, Dr. Shannan Schuster, marks a very big moment in Swain's history and it is a privilege to serve the school at this important and exciting time.

The Swain School is in a very good place and it is important to note that Swain's impressive story is built on the shoulders - and hard work - of giants who have come before."

This Week on Social Media...

From Wednesday: "Today we said 'so long' - with heartfelt thanks - to David Hursty, our Interim Head of School for these past 12 months. He will be supporting new HOS Shannan Boyle Schuster as she assumes her new responsibilities, so he will remain a valued part of the Swain community - but for now it's back to Maine and his wife Cyndy and some new adventures!"
