This week's Swain Stories is all about dance!

For the second year, Miss Christine Parente - our Lower School Spanish teacher - has offered Dance as a winter sports option for 5th-8th graders. This year she had nine students join her, learning a variety of dance styles.

On Thursday they presented their Dance Showcase to a very appreciative audience, featuring ballet, hip hop, and modern dance numbers.

Then it was time for everyone to dance! Inspired - and led - by Mrs. Kovats-Bernat and her first grade library students, the whole crowd erupted in a frenzy of enthusiastic moves!
