New Chef at Waterfront Kitchen

The same stunning waterfront views remain at this Fell's point restaurant, but so much else has changed at Waterfront Kitchen with the addition of new Executive Chef David Hynes. A native New Yorker, Chef Hynes recently moved to Baltimore and brings a new approach to one of favorite restaurants. His menu is a humble but perfectly executed play on American cuisine. Chef Hynes take on American cuisine includes international flavors, claiming in his own words that American cuisine is really an amalgam of other influences from all over the world. We can definitively tell you that the roasted cauliflower puree, braised short rib over Parmesan grits, and chocolate mousse cake will have you coming back for more.

Another of his specialties - brunch. What is possibly our favorite word in the English dictionary, brunch is now served on both Saturdays and Sundays with bottomless beverages from 11am-3pm. Some changes have taken place behind the bar as well, with a handful of new wines by the glass on the menu that pair nicely with the new dishes. See for yourself by making a reservation today.

10 Year Anniversary Celebration
To honor the 10-year anniversary of Miss Shirley's Cafe, coming up in May, they are bringing back six original menu items this Spring, with more to come in the Fall. 

Not only did Miss Shirley's introduce a new Spring/Summer menu full of fresh additions, but they've also invigorated the spirited beverage menu with Spring flavors. The addition of a new refreshing strawberry lemonade mojito, incorporating deep eddy citrus vodka, a welcome addition to our growing list of handcrafted American products.

Soft Shell Crabs will return to the menu for the season in signature dishes such as the Soft-Shell Feller Benedict and Bay-O Po' Boy! Other returning favorites will be the popular strawberry cheesecake bites; cucumber & tomato salad; traditional vegetable crab soup; and house-made pulled BBQ chicken.
