Soft-Shell Crab Celebration continues through June 2nd
Downtown Baltimore restaurants have created succulent soft-shell crab dishes that are delicious served on a bed of fresh greens, or prepared with spinach and feta and wrapped in a phyllo pastry, or battered and deep-fried and served on a sandwich. The soft-shell crab is one of those culinary delights that will elevate your dining experience from simply delicious to truly memorable. New restaurants and menus have been added to the Celebration. Save the Date - Farm to Table Celebration, July 12th - 21st, kicks off with a very special Farm to Table Tasting event on July 10th in Center Plaza.
The Tasting event, set to begin 5 p.m., will be set up in Center Plaza where wines will be paired at tasting stations with farmers. Guests will get the chance to taste raw and cooked produce from the farmers and enjoy wines from Maryland wineries.

The most delicious week of summer is back, July 26th - August 4th, as many of Baltimore's best restaurants offer special three-course menus. Get a taste of Baltimore with specially crafted three-course prix-fixe dinner menus for $30.13 and $20.13. Plus, some restaurants are offering two-course lunch menus for $15.13.

Christian Gallice, Executive Chef at the Hilton is a French born chef trained in cl assical brigades in France and whether he cooks in his restaurant or in his banquet kitchen, Gallice prefers the Provencal style of cooking that he learned long ago. He joined Hilton hotels in 1990 and has cooked for numerous celebrities since he arrived in the US; including presidents Bush Sr., Clinton and Reagan as well as artists, politicians and many leaders of industry.
