Downtown Baltimore restaurants are creating succulent soft-shell crab dishes that are delicious served on a bed of fresh greens, or prepared with spinach and feta and wrapped in a phyllo pastry, or battered and deep-fried and served on a sandwich. Featured Chef & Recipe
Jesse Sandlin is a Baltimore native whose food defines freshness and seasonality. She has worked in several restaurants and in 2009 was recruited by Bravo television for an appearance on the reality television series Top Chef. Chef Sandlin opened Vino Rosina in May 2010 and has received numerous accolades from local media. Mother's Day Brunch, 8am-2:30pm Brunch includes tons of great items from including: citrus and coriander cured gravlax, pepper and thyme roasted prime rib, buttermilk biscuits and chorizo gravy, and a dessert display filled with pastries, cakes, and pies. $30 per person, $12 for children 12 and under.
