Provost Faculty Forum

The UT-AAUP and Faculty Senate are sponsoring a Provost Faculty Forum to be held this Thursday, January 24, 2013 from 3 - 5 pm in Doermann Theatre. The faculty and interested persons are invited to attend and hear Provost Scott L. Scarborough discuss his new policies including workload.

The forum is sponsored by the Office of the Provost, Faculty Senate and the UT Chapter of the American Association of University Professors.

The Provost's presentation will include the following 3 links:  

1.) the Imagine 2017 Main Campus strategic plan,
2.) an article published by Moody's titled "U.S. Higher Education Outlook Negative in 2013" and
3.) an article published in The American Interest titled "The End of the University As We Know It." 

 

We encourage our membership to attend and ask questions.
