United Methodist Women Rock at Youth 2015!

June 24-28, 2015, in Orlando, Fla. - Youth events related to General Conference are held every four years for 12- to 18-year-old United Methodists and their leaders. People experience the breadth and depth of The United Methodist Church, are sharpened by one another and are equipped to experience and express their faith in new and vibrant ways. Young women and men attended worship and workshops, heard speakers and engaged in community action in Orlando, Fla., June 24-28, 2015. The theme - "Go On" was based on Hebrews 6:1.

United Methodist Women's role at #Y15UMC was to listen to what inspires young women to be in mission and in leadership, to introduce them to our dynamic organization and invite them to be members and leaders within their communities and throughout the wider church.

The swag was a hit! We brought buttons and cinchsacks in vibrant colors; each had a single word - an adjective that describes United Methodist Women.

We are:  awesome, bold, brave, compassionate, courageous, daring, edgy, faithful, loving, unreasonable (in a good way!) and so much more!
