Voted 2015 Product of the Year in the Automation and Controls category by the readers of
Plant Engineering magazine.
A Total Systems Approach
"This is a great vote of confidence from our customers.  The votes came from people who need and buy our products. Their judgement counts" said Jason Grizzi, Americas Marketing Director.

The R Series oil-flooded, rotary screw air compressors are used in many different applications - manufacturing, utilities, construction, vehicle body shops - because they deliver increased flow, productivity and high reliability.

A few things that set the R Series apart from the competition:
  • The prefilter in the door means it can run in a dirtier environment
  • 4,000 hour filters saves money
  • It only needs to be shut down twice a year to be serviced
  • Even with dirty coolers, the R Series will drop PSI instead of shutting off
  • Runs in environments up to 115 degrees ambient
  • Built in communications allows easy access to all critical operating parameters
  • Reduced footprint
  • Can be ordered VSD ready
  • O-Ring face seals reduce potential for leaks
  • Split coolers mean you won't get weak spots from where the hot and cold oil would meet
There are many other reasons why you should consider the Ingersoll Rand R Series over any other brand so feel free to contact our sales department if you'd like to discuss your options.

Service Spotlight
A Baked Goods company in Knoxville, TN

This company owns a couple of compressors that are not Ingersoll Rand and recently had an issue.  One of their units was down with a bad thermostat but our competitor could not replace it in a timely manner. Our technicians went to the site to pull the bad thermostat and it turned out we could replace it with an exact match.

They called in at 5:30pm on a Friday and the compressor was up and running by 7:30 that night.
