The Spencer Museum of Art is currently taking submissions from KU undergraduate students for the Brosseau Creativity Awards, which recognize outstanding creativity and originality.  Get your submission in by March 11!   


Spring Undergraduate Research Awards Announced  
 

This spring, 49 undergraduate students will receive $1,000 Undergraduate Research Awards (UGRAs) to support them as they work on research and creative projects.   

 

The Center is currently taking applications for UGRAs for the Summer or Fall 2016 semester, with a due date of March 24. We have several Info Sessions and Proposal Workshops coming up, so be sure to check out the UGRA website to help you prepare a competitive application!
 
Call for Presenters at the 2016 KU Undergraduate Research Symposium 

We're gearing up for the 2016 Undergraduate Research Symposium, which will take place on Saturday, April 23.  Undergraduate students of all majors are encouraged to register to present about your research or creative project. 

There are a lot more details about the event and options for presenting on our website, so get online and start making plans today!  

 



Research Day at the Capitol  
 
On February 18, KU students joined undergraduates from other Board of Regents universities to present their research projects at the capitol building in Topeka. Congratulations to this year's group of student presenters, who did an outstanding job of representing KU!
