Fall Graduate Research Consultants Incorporate Research into the Classroom

During the fall semester, fourteen courses across campus will benefit from the expertise of Graduate Research Consultants (GRCs).  GRCs are graduate students or postdoctoral researchers who spend thirty hours developing, implementing, and/or assessing a research project in the classroom.  This fall is the second semester this program has been in place after a successful pilot run of nine courses in the Spring semester.

Applications for GRCs for the Spring 2015 semester are due by November 21.  Questions about the program can be directed to Nicole Perry at cur@ku.edu.

The Journal of Undergraduate Research

Learn more about the research conducted on the KU campus by undergraduate students.  This year's Journal gave students the options to submit research briefs or full length manuscripts and includes a Q&A with each author about their experiences in research.  Erin Dvorak, a photo media student, created the cover art for this year's Journal.
