Award amount: $1,000.

Individuals recommending a mentor: Monday, March 25th, 2013

Undergraduate Research Symposium

The Undergraduate Research Symposium is an annual event at KU that celebrates the diversity of undergraduate research and creative activities on campus.  This year, we're adding some new events to the Symposium.

What's new: We want the Symposium to serve as an introduction to undergraduate research to students.  As such, we'll have workshops to help students get started in research and learn about the rewards of pursuing scholarship in their fields.

What's the same: We'll continue to feature the work of undergraduate researchers from across campus.   Students from the various KU academic programs will present their scholarship with others and discuss their research process.

Symposium Date: Saturday, April 27th, 1:00 pm

Deadline for student presenters: Tuesday, March 26th, 2013 at 5:00 pm.
