FREE MEALS SERVED AT QUALIFYING SCHOOLS AS PART OF COMMUNITY ELIGIBILITY PROGRAM

Boise, ID -- 08/10/2015 -- Boise School District announced today that breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost at several schools in the District as part of the USDA Community Eligibility Program. No application is required for students attending the following elementary schools: Cynthia Mann, Garfield, Grace Jordan, Hawthorne, Hillcrest, Horizon, Jefferson, Koelsch, Lowell, Morley Nelson, Monroe, Mountain View, Owyhee, Pierce Park, Valley View, Whitney, Whittier and William Howard Taft and the following secondary schools: Fairmont Junior High, South Junior High, Frank Church High School, Marian Pritchett School and the ASCENT Program. 

Eligibility information may be shared with education, health, and nutrition programs to help them evaluate, fund, or determine benefits for their programs; auditors for the program reviews; and law enforcement officials to help them look into violations of program rules.
