Central District Health Department Offering 
Back-to-School Immunization Clinics 
on July 20 and 27

Boise, ID  -- 07/15/2015 --  It may be summer, but it's not too early to cross an important item off of your family's back-to-school to-do list. Central District Health Department (CDHD) is offering two special extended-hours immunization clinics for kids needing any of their vaccines before the new school year begins.

Event Details

What: CDHD Immunization Clinic for Kids (from birth through age 18)

When: Monday, July 20 and Monday, July 27 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Where: CDHD Boise Office - 707 N. Armstrong Place, Boise (off of Emerald, just east of Five Mile Road)

Cost: Immunizations are charged on a sliding fee scale, and most insurance companies can be billed, including Medicaid. No child will be denied vaccine(s) based on ability to pay.

How: Appointments are preferred. To make an appointment, or for more information, call CDHD's Immunization Clinic at 327-7450.

CDHD provides year-round vaccines to children from birth through 18 years through accessible and efficient appointments in its Boise, McCall and Mountain Home clinics.
