Business Start-Up Basics: Thinking about starting or buying a business? Join a local business expert to learn about the planning process, and get sources for valuable information and counseling support. Click here to learn more and register.
Dreamwork: A licensed clinical counselor will introduce you to dreamwork by having you learn to work with your own dreams as an inner source of your own life's guidance.

Wake Up & Tone Up!: Learn a 7-minute stretching exercise routine which will help your body "wake up" before you get out of bed. These easy exercises are performed while lying in bed. Gentle stretching and use of reflexology will loosen up your joints and muscles and get you ready for a great day. Perfect for everyone wanting to keep their body in prime condition! Intro to Chakra Readings: This instructor will share information on the seven power centers of the body (chakras), and explore various ways in which we can develop our own intuition and connection with these spiritual centers. Click here to learn more and register.

Relive the glorious Beatles era in this two-night class that features iconic tracks, little-known American influences, a fun trivia quiz, and handouts that include 1969's "Paul Is Dead" rumor. Join a licensed clinical counselor to explore the role of intuition in your life.This experiential class will invite students to sense clear-seeing, clear-hearing, and clear-feeling. Clowning 101 - It's Fun!: Wanna be a clown? Come find out how you can bring smiles and joy to others. You'll get an introduction to clowning, including skits, costuming, simple make-up, and balloon making. After class, you are invited to join our Clown Alley to learn more. Two other Community Education classes beginning in early April include:
HP Life Training - Writing a Communications Plan: This course introduces the novice entrepreneur to the initial steps necessary for writing up the communications section of a Business Plan. This class will build on concepts presented in the Basics of Communications but attendees can attend one without the other. Students will learn about branding and identity. While the class is open to anyone, the material is targeted to the entrepreneur who has not started their business or has little to no business experience. Click here to learn more and register.
HP Life Training - Writing a Financial Plan: This topic introduces the novice entrepreneur to the initial steps necessary for writing up the financial section of a Business Plan. This class is the capstone to the HP-LIFE offerings through Community Ed and while students are not required to have taken the previous classes, it is strongly encouraged. Students will be introduced to balance sheets, income statements and cash flow analysis, and the difference between them. Students will work on a detailed income statement using information from previous classes to determine the financial stability of the sample business. Click here to learn more and register.
Spring Session Begins Soon!
We are busy preparing for our Spring Community Education Session, which runs April 28 through May 22. We will have a wide variety of exciting and enriching classes from which to choose.
