MIA Supports Local Productions
Seeing our MCS students shine in local productions is always such a joy to our teachers and staff.

In December, 7 of our amazing MCS students performed in the Maple Youth Ballet production of The Nutcracker.

MCS Alums, Amanda Moe and Avery Page, join hands with current MCS students before stepping onto the stage.
MCS  students Annie Buda (Princess Jasmine) and Lexie Ryan (The Magic Carpet) prayed with fellow MCS students before their first performance in Musical Theatre Academy's January production of Disney's Aladdin, Jr.

In all, 17 MCS students participated in the show, which was 70% of the cast!

Congratulations on a job well done! Thank you all for using your gifts and talents to shine for the Lord. Glory to God!

Celebrating two MCS Alums: Claire Alkire, a senior and Rebecca Koenig, a freshman are both attending Brethren.

These stars are performing in an upcoming musical, The Pirates of Penzance, showing March 4th - 5th,  and 11th - 12th
At Brethren Christian High School.

Congratulations ladies!

Spotlight on Students and Alums
Ava Nunez is a shining star here at MCS. She started dancing at the young age of 2 1/2. At age three, Ave began competing.

Lyrical and jazz are Ava's favorite styles of dance. Ava really enjoys performing on stage and had her first solo at the age of four.

Ava dances an average of 10 hours a week and she says that she "loves to dance."

Ashton Baek is our 2nd place winner in the MCS Faith Through Art Contest (May 2015).

Ashton became interested in Art because he feels drawing is so much fun. Ashton believes that God has given him this talent to share God's love with others.

He also loves playing handball at school, collecting Pokemon cards, and being creative with his friends.

Congratulations Ashton!

Cole Webb Harter is a beloved MCS alumni. Since leaving MCS, Cole continued as  a member of Woodbridge High School's Vocal Music Department for all four years, where he participated in numerous concerts and performances.

He was honored as a senior, receiving the National School Choral Award. Cole continues to take voice lessons from Juli Reitler whom he has worked with since his role as Prince Charming in Cinderella at MCS.

Cole is attending John Paul the Great Catholic University in Escondido, CA as a film major, continuing his passion for film through directing and producing.
