Walk Through American Revolution
 |
During this week's Walk Through American Revolution Assembly, 5th grade students actively participate in a lively retelling of our nation's beginnings. Through dramatic activities, students "become" famous men and women of the American Revolution. Flags, maps, re-enactments, music, and games help students explore and understand the importance of American liberty and patriotism.

SMILE - It's Picture Make-Up Day & Retakes
Next Tuesday, October 28th
If your child didn't have their picture taken or you dislike their photo, be sure they're prepared for make-ups or re-takes next Tuesday (10/28).
If you were given a photo package (and want their photo retaken), please have your child return it to the photographer at retakes. Important Parent Information
- If you didn't order photos and wish to, your child was given a proof with an access code. You may go online at www.MYlifetouch.com and enter the access code to place your order.
- If you want your child to have retakes, they DO NOT need to sign up ahead of time BUT they do need to return their package and bring it with them on the 28th. Please let your child's homeroom teacher know via email (before 10/28) if your child is having a photo taken so we are prepared.
- Dress: Students who are retaking, are given permission to wear picture day (non-uniform) clothing. Please have them bring a school uniform in their backpack and they can change after photos.
- We hope to fit everyone in before noon but it may go through the end of the day. (TK/K photos will be taken in time for their 12:30 dismissal.)
- If this is going to be the first time your child has taken a photo (because they were absent or are new to school) you can ask the front desk for an order form. They will need this completed and in hand when taking their photo.
