Half Day of School for Middle School Friday, May 9th - 12:30 Dismissal
Friday, May 9th, is a half day of school for middle school students in honor of Elementary Grandparents Day. Students joining their siblings and leaving earlier than 12:30 will need to be signed out from the upstairs middle school office.

Naval Academy graduate and MCS alum Jon Weissberg will be on campus next Friday, May 16th, as our special guest for all student chapels. Jon has just returned from a 6-month Persian Gulf deployment aboard the aircraft carrier Harry S. Truman and will share his experiences with our students. As an F-18 weapons and navigation officer, Jon flew in numerous combat and support missions in Afghanistan over the past year. We are thrilled to have Jon back at MCS and we look forward to hearing an update on Team Truman.
To honor Jon and all crew members of the U.S.S. Harry S. Truman, remember to wear your Team Truman T-Shirts! Parents are welcome to join us for chapel.

8th Grade "The Last Hurrah" Friday, June 6th
The graduating class of 2014 is invited to join in for "The Last Hurrah!" at Knott's Berry Farm on Friday, June 6. The cost for admission and bus transportation is $37. The bus will depart after chapel from MCS. Students must *register and pay by May 31. Click to register.
