Legislation Update 

On September 27, 2016 Governor Jerry Brown signed into law, Senate Bill 1137 (Hertzberg) Computer crimes: ransomeware and vetoed Assembly Bill 1708 (Gonzalez) Disorderly conduct: prostitution. Attached are the enrolled versions of the bills for reference, the Governor's veto letter and   a link to the Governor's press release.
