Stats are in for the 3rd quarter.
Big gains in almost every area!
Builder Track has seen most areas growing at a huge rate.
There appears to be pent-up demand coupled with an acceptance of pricing reality for buyers selling their existing home.
We don't feel this is sustainable for the long term but expect to see growth well into 2013 for most areas.
