Pop Quiz Results - REALTORŪ Review Readership
In the last issue we asked our readership two questions:
"On average, what percentage of these recipients do you think open and read the REALTORŪ Review?", and
"What percentage of those who open and read the REALTORŪ Review actually "click through" on one or more of the articles or links contained in each issue?"
The answers? 40% of recipients open and read the REALTORŪ Review, and 35% "click through" on one or more articles.
So how did you do on this Pop Quiz? Well, 7 Members answered the first question correctly, and 9 Members answered the second question correctly.
But only 3 Members got both questions right, and they are:
- Butch Butterworth,
- Betty Mason, and
- Donna Krzyzewski
Congratulations! Now go out there and get more Members to read the REALTORŪ Review!! |
Condolences - John Houseknecht, Jr.
We regret to advise you of the passing of John (Jack) Houseknecht, Jr, husband of GBAR Member Dianne Houseknecht, on October 2. Please join us in offering our deepest sympathies to Dianne and her family. For a full obituary and planned services, click here. |

Pathways to Professionalism
Recently, former GBAR President Jen Arbach came across an article from NAR, which discusses how the little things a REALTOR does as a professional not only sets you apart from the competition but keeps you out of trouble. Click here to have a look - sometimes these reminders can really help!
Thanks, Jen, for sending it along! |
Got Ethics? We've Got Classroom and On-Line Courses to Meet Your Requirements and Preferences!
The Quadrennial Ethics period expires at the end of 2012 - each REALTORŪ must have taken a 3-hour Ethics course by then. If NAR's records show you haven't yet satisfied this requirement, we will send you a reminder each month. But don't worry! You can meet your requirement in two ways:
- CLASSROOM: We've scheduled 1 more classroom Ethics course this year, to be instructed by Anne Schoonover. The date is December 4 at the Association Offices from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
- ON-LINE: Click here to visit our on-line CE provider, the CE Shop, and sign up! Be sure to use Promotion Code TREAT to get an instant 15% off on Ethics and other CE Courses through the end of October. Then, in November, the Promo Code GIVE10 will get you a 10% discount, and The CE Shop will also contribute another 10% of the purchase price to Habitat for Humanity, in recognition of the Thanksgiving Holidays.
Please be aware that failure to complete your Ethics Requirement will result in the suspension of your GBAR Member Service and Benefits until such time as the Requirement is completed.!! |
