HER DAY-Defy the Ordinary-Uniquely ME!
March 1
at the Spokane Program Center
At the annual HER Day (Healthy, Energetic, Resourceful) event girls learn to make great choices by attending workshops centered around building self-esteem and creating a completely healthy YOU!
The fun and pamper day is for girls who are in grades K-12 and offers sessions unique to each age group. You can change the way you look or you can change the way the world looks at girls. The
self-esteem workshops include good nutrition, style and fitness, friendships and family, relationship building and much more.
Lunch will be provided for girls in grades 6-12 (sub sandwich, chips, fruit or veggies and a drink).
Refer to the times and prices for each age group below. Join us for a day of pampering and learn how to take care of yourself inside and out.
